Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives by recruiting, retaining, and developing personnel within the CNS and psychiatry sectors. Manage a 75% travel schedule while securing and maintaining credentialing for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments. Drive above-average sales results through tactical, patient-centric selling and presentation skills, utilizing strong analytical and business acumen to adjust strategies quickly. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in pharmaceuticals with 4 years in sales management, and the ability to work independently in an innovative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry
- 4 years of Sales Management
- Driver's license
- clean driving history
- Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen
- Must reside near major airport within the district
- Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
- Experience in small company and start-up work environments
- Ability to travel up to 75%
