Job Summary

Execute product promotion activities in the assigned territory while collaborating with the District Sales Manager to align with sales strategy. Analyze local market conditions, develop performance monitoring plans, and manage resource allocation including travel and promotional budgets. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems, maintain current knowledge of disease and competitive landscapes, and fulfill all monitoring and reporting requirements using approved processes. Effectively communicate with target audiences, identify advocacy channels, and ensure full compliance with laws and company policies. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel including overnights, and must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

  • BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving history
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must reside within territory geography
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Atypical anti-psychotic experience
  • Orphan drug experience
  • Preferred specialty experience in psychiatry, bipolar, depression, CNS or pain management
  • Reimbursement experience
  • Existing relationships (or those within 24 months) with psychiatrists and/or Community Mental Health Centers in the assigned territory
  • Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory
  • Self-Starter, Goal and Results driven
