Job Summary
The Neuroscience Account Manager is responsible for executing and promoting products in alignment with sales strategy while collaborating with management and analyzing market performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing resources, and securing product access and reimbursement. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are crucial, along with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. A bachelor's degree and at least three years of sales experience are required, along with specific experience in psychiatry and existing relationships in the field.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving history
- Self-Starter
- Goal and Results driven
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory
- Ability to travel
- Must reside within territory geography
Desired Qualifications
- Atypical anti-psychotic experience
- Orphan drug experience
- Reimbursement experience
- Specialty experience in psychiatry, bipolar, depression, CNS or pain management
- Existing relationships with psychiatrists and/or Community Mental Health Centers
Additional Requirements
