Job Summary
Neuroradiologist sought for daytime role with Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI. Practice includes neuroradiology subspecialty work along with general hospital and emergency imaging, with a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule and after-hours coverage managed by a separate team. Role offers option to perform procedures (e.g., LP, myelogram, vertebral augmentation) based on interest and experience; general fluoroscopy, paracentesis, and thoracentesis supported by Radiology APP. Participate in AI-assisted workflow tools, peer review, quality initiatives, and Mayo Clinic committees. Located in a new state-of-the-art community hospital building with a focus on efficient, high-quality interpretation; potential for some weekend daytime remote coverage. Practice in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment across Mayo Clinic Health System sites in Wisconsin and Minnesota, with strong collegial relationships and opportunities for subspecialty skill development.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Radiology
- Fellowship in neuroradiology or subspecialty training in neuroradiology preferred
- Wisconsin medical license or eligibility
- Experience in neuroradiology interpretation and collaboration within a radiology team
- Ability to participate in peer review and quality initiatives
- Proficiency with EMR and PACS systems
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
