Job Summary
Build rapport with regional team members, key external contacts, healthcare providers, and office staff through face-to-face interactions and product demonstrations. Consult with physicians and medical staff to promote products, provide patient education, and tailor solutions that drive sales targets and market differentiation. Strategically manage territory resources, analyze sales data to create effective plans, and utilize promotional budgets while maintaining a call average defined in the sales plan. Address external market challenges, foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adhere to all compliance policies to achieve performance goals and complete administrative duties. Regular travel may include air travel and weekend or overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing
- New product launch experience
