Job Summary
Build rapport with regional team members, key external contacts, and healthcare providers to drive sales growth and profitability within the Asheville territory. Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing while consulting with medical staff to promote products and deliver patient education. Strategically manage relationships by tailoring solutions to unique account needs, leveraging industry insights to achieve performance goals. Maintain a call average focused on top targets, regularly analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budgets. Address external market challenges through calculated problem-solving while adhering to all compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing
