Job Summary
Provide intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures by monitoring the patient’s nervous system, displaying and labeling waveforms, and communicating monitoring information to the surgeon and surgical team. Maintain and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment, complete documentation and IOM logs, and support company policies and compliance. Requires CNIM certification, a bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with experience), OR experience preferred, and ability to travel up to 25%. Field-based role with opportunities for training and career development in a team environment with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- CNIM certification (Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring)
- Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and anatomy/physiology
- Operating Room experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage changes in schedule
- Effective communication and collaboration in a team setting (English)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
