Job Summary
Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery by monitoring the patient’s nervous system. Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team, display and label waveforms, identify appropriate protocols, perform troubleshooting for accurate data collection, complete documentation and IOM logs, maintain IONM equipment, and support ongoing training and compliance. Field-based role with up to 25% travel; CNIM certification preferred; hospital privileges and vaccination considerations applicable; training and career development provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related field
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
- Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) preferred
- Knowledge of IONM and/or anatomy & physiology; OR experience preferred
- Strong time management, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to travel; maintain hospital privileges; meet vaccination requirements as applicable
- Be able to operate and maintain IONM equipment; comply with regulatory and company policies
