Job Summary
Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgical cases by monitoring the patient’s nervous system, communicating monitoring information to the surgeon and surgical team, labeling and interpreting waveforms, maintaining IOM equipment, and completing required documentation in a field-based role in Dallas, TX with travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
- Knowledge of Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or human anatomy & physiology and/or technical troubleshooting preferred
- Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Be eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage at standard rates
