Role includes clinical direction and care delivery within a group that supports physicians with administrative teams; Epic EMR; onsite Imaging Center and Sleep Clinic; physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing. Compensation includes base $350,000–$425,000 with total target $600,000–$750,000+ with incentives; sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance; licensure/certification renewals paid; up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays; 401(k) with match and profit sharing; shareholder pathway and ASC ownership opportunities.
