Neurology fellowship opportunities at UPMC/Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh for the 2026–2027 academic year, including subspecialties in clinical neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis (MS), an ACGME-accredited neuromuscular fellowship, and NeuroOncology. Optional second research year available. Structured didactics, scholarly activities, and clinical experiences with strong career development and board-preparation emphasis; up to 50% protected time for research for eligible candidates. Fellows will train with leading experts in Women’s Neurology and work within an integrated multidisciplinary practice. Eligible candidates are those currently in their fourth year of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.”,
