Job Summary
Convey complex clinical information to customers and key stakeholders regarding Alzheimer's disease treatment while developing and executing strategic key-account plans for assigned geographies. Navigate and communicate successful patient pathways to healthcare professionals, anticipate business opportunities, and manage challenges within local hospital systems. Conduct ongoing analysis of market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and referral processes to sustain organizational presence in the Alzheimer's marketplace. Collaborate cross-functionally to assist hospitals in making informed formulary decisions and build trusted professional relationships with appropriate healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in two or more of: infusion, diagnostic, biologic, medical device, buy and bill, rare disease, specialty pharmacy, and/or neurology
- Neurology and infused product experience
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare industry (including delivery of care, market access and reimbursement landscape, and key stakeholders that influence decision-making within local markets and healthcare systems)
- Experience working with healthcare delivery systems (including buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, distribution models, medical device and/or biologics experience)
- Experience navigating matrixed environments in a constructive and collaborative manner, notably across functions and with external business partners
- Proven track record in successfully building and executing business plans for top markets within their geography
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability, establishing strong trusted partnerships, leveraging market and customer insights, and strategic and tactical planning
- Experience effectively working and coordinating activities across of multidisciplinary matrix teams within Eisai
- Demonstrated success in networking, establishing, and maintaining strong business relationships with customers
- Proven performance as a Specialist and fulfillment of defined promotion criteria
- Ability to engage in person with HCPs and other third parties at their offices, institutions and other appropriate locations on a regular basis
- Ability to complete third parties' credentialing and/or entry requirements, which often include an attestation to and/or providing proof of having received certain vaccinations

- Sr. Specialist- AD
- Proven track record in successfully building and executing business plans for top markets within their geography
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability, establishing strong trusted partnerships, leveraging market and customer insights, and strategic and tactical planning
