Job Summary
Neurologist opportunity focusing on Pain management, migraines, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, and Parkinson's in a high-support, independent neurology group with active clinical research trials. Competitive initial salary with adjustment after 6 months based on patient volume; full-time W-2 or 1099 contractor arrangement; 2-year term with 90-day exit notice; potential for clinic ownership after 4 years. Housing stipend of $600/month within 10 miles of 85004. Affiliated with St. Joseph's Hospital; EMR-equipped practice; collaborative culture. Board-certified or board-eligible required; 2+ years of clinical experience; comfortable managing inbox/prescriptions and participating in or open to clinical research (compensated separately). Locations include El Mirage, AZ and Phoenix, AZ; in-person roles with on-site support and opportunities for research involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in neurology
- 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology
- Comfortable with real-time EMR use
- Interest in or openness to clinical research (compensated separately)
