Job Summary
Neurologist needed for locum tenens coverage with part-time telehealth duties. Shifts are in 4-hour blocks, Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, focusing on general neurology in an outpatient telehealth setting. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting new patient consultations and follow-up visits within a technology-enabled outpatient workflow. Benefits include paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Assignment supported by Weatherby Healthcare with consultant assistance; located in Salt Lake City, UT (remote telehealth worksite). Charter member of NALTO.
Required Qualifications
- Physician or medical degree in Neurology
- Board-certified or eligible in Neurology
- Locum tenens experience preferred
- General neurology scope including new patient consultations and follow-ups
- Telehealth/outpatient experience acceptable
