Job Summary
Neurologist needed for locum tenens coverage in Washington. 6am–6pm, 12-hour shifts with no call; 12–15 patients per day. Acute stroke protocols and tPA administration required; brain death exams required; general neurology consults and follow-up exams. Our recruiter handles credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine base pay with potential earnings (overtime, call, and holiday pay). From $200.00 to $275.00 hourly. Assignment details and time entry available through online portal.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree in Medicine
- Board-certified or eligible in Neurology
- Ability to administer tPA for acute stroke
- Experience withbrain death exams
- Locum tenens experience preferred
- Ability to obtain/hold medical license and privileges
