Job Summary
Neurologist needed in Brooklyn, NY for a multi-specialty integrative practice. Responsibilities include comprehensive neurological evaluations, diagnosing and managing conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, migraines, neuropathy, and dementia; ordering and interpreting EEGs, EMGs, MRI/CT; developing individualized treatment plans; patient and family education; collaboration with other specialists; thorough documentation in EMR; staying current with neurology advances. Flexible work arrangement with open full-time or part-time (minimum 16 hours/week, weekdays) and an hourly rate of $180 (negotiable).
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
- Active New York State medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Proficiency with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks & Practice Fusion) and neurological diagnostics (EEG, EMG)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
