Job Summary
Neurologist needed at Yavapai Regional Medical Group in Prescott, AZ. General and advanced procedures (EMG‐NCV, EEG, Lumbar Puncture, Botox, Occipital Blocks, Myobloc) for MS, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Seizures, Stroke, and Balance Issues with ~15-18 patients per day. Inpatient on-call varies 0–3 per day; consults 13–15 per week (40‐min): 8am‐4pm clinic Mon‐Thu, inpatient rounds before 8am or after 4pm, and 8am‐12pm Friday clinic. Competitive salary with negotiable terms, relocation allowance, CME benefit, malpractice insurance, sign‐on bonus, and student loan repayment. Collaboration with General Surgery and other specialties; hospital privileges required and Arizona licensure expected.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree and Board Certification/Eligible
- Completed ACGME accredited fellowship training and/or current ABMS Board Certification in Neurology
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
- Must obtain Arizona State medical licensure prior to starting in the position
