Job Summary
Evaluate and treat adults with neurologic conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and vestibular disorders, while also providing evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers to maximize function, mobility, and independence. Full-time, 40 hours/week, clinic hours 7am-5:30pm (8 or 10 hour shifts available); no weekends or on-call. Licensed Physical Therapist required; BLS certification required within 90 days. Located in Green Bay, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment
- Licensure within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements (Illinois)
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
