Job Summary
Neurohospitalist physician needed to join Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Hillcrest in Waco, TX. Inpatient neurology practice with inpatient care only (outpatient follow-up shifts optional). 7 days on/off schedule with tele-stroke support after hours. Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine and an active ACGME neurology residency program. Opportunity to contribute to a large neurology department (25 neurologists, 11 APPs, 5 neuropsychologists) with extensive clinical and teaching activity; relocation assistance offered; state licensure in Texas required.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Board certification or active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the ABMS or BOS
