Job Summary
Conduct Electroencephalography (EEG), Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), and long-term monitoring procedures with complete and accurate patient preparation and data acquisition. Maintain a safe testing environment while demonstrating competent skills and knowledge in neurodiagnostic procedural testing. Work within the EEG/EMU on-call schedule, including after hours, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis. This role supports the Mayo Clinic Neurology department's growth in innovation, education, and technology, offering a rare pension plan, PTO starting day one, and a Career Investment Program where relevant degrees are 100% paid.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrate competent skills and knowledge in one or more of these areas
- minimum competency, skill, and knowledge in neurodiagnostic procedural testing in the area of hire
- work within the EEG/EMU on call schedule including but not limited to after hours, nights and weekends on a rotational basis
