Neurodiagnostic Tech II

Conduct accurate standard and complex EEG recordings at the bedside and in the laboratory for adolescent, adult, and elderly patients on a routine, emergency, and on-call basis. Perform evoked potentials, nerve conduction studies, and specialized monitoring procedures including epilepsy monitoring, intraoperative EEG, electrocorticography, awake craniotomy, Wada testing, brain mapping, and transcranial Doppler. Assist with delivering reports and transporting patients to and from the laboratory as needed. Adhere to departmental policies and participate in in-services, goals, and objectives. Maintain current Basic Life Support certification and pursue professional growth through educational programs and conferences. Work within Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, an internationally recognized leader in neuroscience research and clinical excellence.
