Neurodiagnostic Supervisor - St. Mary

Job Summary

Conduct Neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring while supervising program advancement, personnel management, training, and quality assurance. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care plans and coordinate clinical operations. Ensure required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials are maintained, adapting communication styles to specific patient populations. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and the Compliance & Privacy Program. Work a flexible schedule including 24/7 coverage, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability, with travel between facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in health care or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic (NDT) Program
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience performing Neurodiagnostic procedures
  • Registered through the Neurodiagnostic credentialing board
  • ABRET certification
  • One of the following credentials in the Neurodiagnostic services overseen: R. EEG T., EP T., CLTM, R. NCS. T., CNIM
  • Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities
  • Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
  • Exposure to blood, body fluid and tissue
  • Exposure to all communicable diseases
  • Exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience performing Neurodiagnostic procedures in a patient care environment
  • 1 year supervisory / leadership experience
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
