Job Summary
Deliver superior care, educational, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to clients from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as infants and adults with diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and sensory processing disorders. Administer tailored assessments and one-to-one interventions using the proprietary Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care® methodology. Maintain a consistent daily schedule within the late morning to early afternoon window, typically working 2 to 3 hours per day with a low client-to-provider ratio to foster focused, trusting relationships. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a predictable weekday schedule in Buckhead, Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commit to a consistent daily schedule within the stated window
- Valid driver's license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to push up to 200 lbs. using a wheelchair or other medical equipment
- Ability to run, walk, stand, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to be present in various settings regardless of distractions
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in times of crisis
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to promote and model our core mission, values, and vision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push up to 200 lbs. using a wheelchair or other medical equipment
Desired Qualifications
