Job Summary
Play a pivotal role in leading high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments, making evidence-based diagnostic decisions, and delivering meaningful post-diagnostic support. Responsibilities include conducting initial and core needs assessments, performing ADOS and ADI-r assessments independently, attending async MDTs, and providing post-diagnostic feedback. Completing high-quality reports with the aid of digital tools is required. The role includes the opportunity for Bupa accreditation, with necessary training provided for assessments on under 7's and adults.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing, Child or Adult Nursing, Social Work (Children/Adult & Families/Mental Health), Speech and Language Therapy, or Peadiatrician
- Clinical registration with HCPC, SWE, GMC or NMC
- Must be ADOS and ADI-R trained and experienced
- Minimum of 1 year experience of conducting diagnostic assessments using ADOS and ADI-R
- Flexibility to support mission of healthcare provision
- Commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding standards
