Job Summary
Conduct healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers while building rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts. Strategically manage relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs and proactively analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds. Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on face-to-face interactions with healthcare providers to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets. Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines while taking calculated risks to solve issues creatively and improve performance in the geographical assignment. Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid US driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Must be based in or near Shreveport, Alexandria, or Monroe LA
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
