Job Summary
Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and healthcare providers to drive sales growth and profitability within a defined territory. Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers while consulting with medical staff to promote products and educate patients. Strategically manage key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs, leveraging industry insights to achieve sales targets and maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan. Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds, proactively addressing external market challenges. Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines while taking calculated risks to improve performance in the geographical assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid US driver's license
