Job Summary

Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and healthcare providers while delivering product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing. Strategically manage key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs and analyzing sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budgets. Maintain a defined call average focusing on top target customers and proactively solve market challenges through creative problem-solving. Achieve all sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties while adhering to compliance policies. This founding member role shapes market adoption for a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome, leveraging deep therapeutic area expertise to drive cohesive execution across the region.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
  • Must be based in or near Little Rock, Jonesboro, Conway, AR
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience (Senior Sales Specialist level)
  • Minimum 7 years experience (Executive Sales Specialist level)
  • Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices
  • Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders to support patient initiation, adherence, and continuity of therapy
  • Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states
  • New product launch experience, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing
  • Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in therapeutic area
  • Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments, and be proficient with technology
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
