Job Summary

Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and healthcare providers to drive sales growth and profitability within a defined territory. Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing while consulting with medical staff to promote products and educate patients. Strategically manage key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs, leveraging industry insights to achieve sales targets and maintain a call average focused on top target customers. Proactively analyze sales data to create effective territory plans, utilize promotional budgets, and address external market challenges through creative problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise, ensuring cohesive execution of sales strategies and shared objectives. Adhere to all compliance policies and administrative duties while balancing individual achievement with organizational success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience (Senior Sales Specialist level)
  • Minimum 7 years experience (Executive Sales Specialist level)
  • Regular travel
  • Weekend or overnight travel
  • Air travel
