Job Summary
Manage territory sales growth and profitability by building relationships with healthcare providers, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering patient education. Strategically manage key accounts to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets while maintaining a defined call average. Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and allocate promotional budget funds, ensuring compliance with all company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and solve complex market challenges. This role supports the launch of a first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome within a newly established sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid US driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Documented business-to-business sales experience
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum 1 year experience (Senior Sales Specialist level)
- Minimum 7 years experience (Executive Sales Specialist level)
- Regular travel
- Weekend or overnight travel
- Air travel
