Job Summary
Provide specialized inpatient care for patients recovering from brain, spine, and ENT surgeries at the 25-bed Neurosurgery Unit. Manage complex surgical cases and support patients through every stage of recovery while collaborating on a growth-focused team. Assist with trach and thyroid procedures under the supervision of the Med/Surg team. This role offers full-time or part-time day or night shifts, with new grad openings available. Candidates receive a sign-on incentive, shift differential pay, and access to bridge programs for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
