Job Summary
Provide specialized inpatient care for patients recovering from brain, spine, and ENT surgeries on a 25-bed Neurosurgery Unit. Manage complex surgical cases and support patients through every stage of recovery under a collaborative team environment. New grad RN and LPN openings available for day, night, or weekend shifts. Full-time or part-time positions with sign-on incentives up to $10,000 for RNs and $2,000 for LPNs. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement. Bridge programs assist with LPN-to-RN and RN-to-BSN transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
