Job Summary
Neuro Surgical Nursing (Inpatient) – RN or LPN on a 25-bed Neurosurgery Unit. Roles include delivering hands-on nursing care for patients post-brain/spine procedures, collaborating with a growth-focused Med/Surg team, and supporting patient recovery across shifts (Day/Night). Openings for new grads; RN weekend option; sign-on incentives for RNs and LPNs; extensive benefits starting day one; bridge programs to support career growth (LPN→RN, RN→BSN); tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance; PTO accrual from day one. Required Qualifications
- RN Qualifications: Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred. Licensure: Current RN license or RN Temporary Permit in the State of Missouri. Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) through the American Heart Association.
- LPN Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; must obtain/maintain LPN license in hiring state. Certifications: BLS CPR; LPN-IV Certification or completion within 3 months of hire.
