Provide expert neuro-spine nursing care for patients undergoing neurological and spine procedures. Perform focused neuro assessments, manage complex post-operative care, administer medications, monitor for complications, and educate patients and families throughout recovery. Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
