Job Summary
Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload while promoting best practice and contributing to quality improvements. Act as an SFA managing a heavy caseload of general, gynaecology, and bariatric surgery cases. Work as a Scrub Practitioner across various specialities in regular and flexible shifts at Three Shires Hospital in Northampton. This role offers excellent agency nurse pay, NMC revalidation support, free mandatory training, and a fast-track compliance process.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrub nurse or ODP
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the NHS
- A valid NMC/HCPC registration with rights to work in the UK
- BSc or diploma from a nursing program
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
