Job Summary
Assist patients in rehabilitation and medical recovery while maintaining facility cleanliness, cooking, and executing nurse delegation tasks. Engage patients in daily living activities and therapist-directed programs, ensuring safety by reviewing weekly residential recommendations and following assigned supervision levels. Collaborate with the transdisciplinary team to follow patient care plans, support meal planning and grocery shopping, and manage suite housekeeping and inventory. Full-time night shift with $21 hourly pay plus differentials. Requires BLS certification, current driver's license, and high school diploma. Join OhioHealth Neuro Transitional Center, where we help transitional patients regain independent living skills in a home-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current high school diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Current State Driver's License in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience in an assisted living or rehabilitation environment
- Experience with brain injury population
- Ability to delegate and problem solve effectively
