Neuro Physical Therapist

Neuro Physical Therapist position at AdventHealth. Responsible for determining physical therapy diagnoses and establishing plans of care, designing and implementing treatment plans using standard practices and guidelines, assessing patient mobility and evaluating musculoskeletal and neurological systems, overseeing PT assistants and rehab aides, participating in performance improvement and quality initiatives, and documenting and coding accurately. Roles include marketing to physicians, building referral relationships, performing evaluations and re-evaluations, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Travel to neuro clinics (Lake Mary, New Smyrna, Daytona) with duties expanding at Orange City as caseload grows. Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and licensure/certification per relevant standards; BLS/CPR certification required. Anticipated schedule includes day shifts with a mix of travel between clinics; sign-on and relocation bonuses offered. This is a full-time, faith-based clinical role focused on extending holistic patient care.
