Job Summary
Neuro ICU RN responsible for providing patient-centered critical care in a multidisciplinary team, executing the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice, coordinating care with interdisciplinary colleagues, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. Requires an RN with an associate degree or nursing diploma (BSN preferred), ACLS/BLS certifications, and at least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Night shift in Georgia with adherence to policy, standards, and professional development; role includes precepting/mentoring of staff and collaboration within Wellstar's care delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
- RN license (Georgia or compact)
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience
- English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Nursing-Bachelors degree preferred
