Provide advanced, evidence-based care to patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions in a fast-paced ICU. Assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and neuro-specific interventions while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff. Prioritize patient and family education, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety, quality, and infection-prevention standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (registered nurse)
- licensure in good standing in SC or compact state
- clinical ICU experience preferred
