Job Summary
Conduct recruiting and candidate screening from job posting through interview coordination. Manage employer branding campaigns and create social media content reflecting company culture. Support HR processes including onboarding, internal communication, and feedback loops. Assist in organizing team workshops, branding events, and collaborative projects. Take ownership of small HR initiatives with team support to develop professional skills. This unpaid mandatory internship is for enrolled students in relevant fields like business administration or communication sciences, requiring strong German and English proficiency. Located in Berlin-Adlershof, the role offers hands-on experience within a flat-structured startup environment focused on 3D scanning and medical technology.
