Job Summary
Support IT staff and manage hardware/software troubleshooting for a large client's on-site team in Nürnberg, handling desktops, printers, and peripherals. Resolve issues remotely or on-site, including occasional visits to client branch offices. Assist with client workstation rollouts, ensuring correct cabling during moves. Document all completed tasks within a ticketing system. Requires an IT vocational qualification or relevant experience and strong German skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit wie z.B. als IT Techniker (m/w/d), Hardware Techniker (m/w/d), Support Techniker (m/w/d), etc.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich: Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 365, Outlook, Notebooks, Desktop PCs, Drucker, Netzwerke etc.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
