Job Summary
Provide 1st Level client support onsite in Frankfurt, handling incident intake and resolution for standard applications like MS Office and Windows. Manage ticket documentation within the support system, utilize the knowledge base, and collaborate with colleagues. Perform basic hardware installation and troubleshooting while maintaining records of all activities. Requires a technical vocational training or equivalent experience, strong German skills, and familiarity with Windows environments and Active Directory. Offers permanent employment with a structured onboarding period, monthly salary, and project allowance. No driver's license needed.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung in Ticketsystemen und im IT-Support
- Installation von PC-Hardware
- Fehlerbehebung
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Server, Endgeräte, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, MS Office 365
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
