Job Summary
Design, implement, and administer IT networks (LAN, WAN, network segments, and Internet) across country operations; ensure network connections are stable and compliant with InfoSec policies; maintain high availability and both hardware/software; update documentation; work through Country ITO for upgrades and repairs; pursue opportunities for automation and cost reduction; design and implement monitoring, alerting, and thresholds to detect service disruptions; manage network events and incidents and resolve Tier 2/3 incidents within SLAs; contribute to a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
