Job Summary
Generate qualified opportunities across SMB and Commercial accounts while supporting Enterprise Account Managers in developing strategic customer opportunities. Successfully support customer events, workshops, and community engagement activities to build a strong foundation in networking, security, and AI-driven operations. Work on average 2 days per week from the HPE office in Diegem, with a start date of September 2026. This entry-level role provides ongoing mentoring and practical experience across customer engagement and partner ecosystems for future Account Manager or Sales Specialist progression.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in technology, networking, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Strong commercial acumen, with flare for sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commercial mindset
- Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to Have Internship, placement year, or part-time experience in sales, marketing, customer success, retail sales, or business development
- Experience organizing events, student organizations, communities, or networking activities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or AI solutions
