Job Summary
Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA leads in delivering high-complexity managed networking services. Responsible for proactive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, mentoring junior team members, creating knowledge articles, and collaborating with automation teams. Responsibilities include ensuring infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational, monitoring and responding to alerts, logging problems, onsite technical support/field engineering, vendor collaboration, driving process improvements, and potentially managing projects within the technology domain, including disaster recovery tests. Requires proficiency with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS/ISE, Meraki switches/APs, enterprise network architecture, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGrP), NAT, and ISP uplinks; bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent; strong planning, communication, and client-focused skills. Workplace is on-site in Cochin, India.”,
