Job Summary
Complete routine planning, installation, maintenance, inventory, programming, and recovery efforts for network cabling, hardware, and associated equipment. Provide technical support for network fiber circuits, analyze and troubleshoot routine cabling and hardware issues, and install, configure, maintain, and monitor system security components. Report and document network fiber routes, review maintenance enhancements, and update installation documentation to meet operational requests. Coordinate with customers on planned installations or emergency recovery activities while scheduling logistics and securing resources for work orders.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience
- Associate's Degree
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to interpret color codes
- Ability to use power tools
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
