Job Summary
The Network Services Tech will work as part of the Network Services Team on customer locations, assisting with client-specific projects to optimize network use. Responsibilities include installation of hardware, troubleshooting client concerns, and ensuring accurate records of changes and faults. The role demands strong communication skills, technical capacity, and effective time management. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in a client/server environment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technology related field
- Two years’ experience in client/server environment preferred
