Job Summary
Network Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales) for UK Public Sector. Partner with Account Managers to understand customer challenges, conduct network architecture sessions, and design Arista Data Center, Routing & Campus network and security solutions. Perform hands-on customer PoCs and deployments using state-of-the-art products. Lead technical responses to RFP/RFQs, drive customer feature requests to implementation, provide feedback to Product Management, and represent Arista at industry events. Must be able to travel nationally, hold a technical degree, possess hands-on experience in data center and campus networking, and have strong routing/switching knowledge (e.g., Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, QoS, Network Segmentation). CCIE/JNCIE or equivalent certification is preferred. Fluent English required; DV clearance is held. Hybrid remote option in London, UK. Strong sales attitude and ability to work as part of a team to generate new business.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree required
- Experience in Data Center, Routing and/or Campus network architecture designs
- Hands-on CLI experience
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Knowledge of SPs, VXLAN, EVPN, QoS, etc.
- CCIE, JNCIE or Industry Equivalent certified,
