Job Summary
Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN/WAN, AD, Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft 365 services. Responsibilities include administering AD (DNS/DHCP/Group Policy), VMware virtual infrastructure, monitoring and troubleshooting network/server connectivity, backup and disaster recovery, and supporting Microsoft Teams Phone System and Exchange Online/SharePoint/OneDrive/Entra ID. Collaborate with business units to enforce access controls and security policies, assist with upgrades, and provide on-site and remote technical support for users in North America and Europe, including travel to domestic and European locations. Travel domestically and internationally as needed for infrastructure upgrades, project implementations, and training. Prioritize documentation, asset inventories, and coordination for international offices and remote employees.
Required Qualifications
- AAS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in network administration or systems administration
- Experience with local area networks, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server operating systems, virtualization platforms, Office 365 administration, PC hardware and software, and enterprise applications
- Experience administering DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, network security technologies, and remote access solutions
- Experience with VMware, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Phone, and cloud-based services preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site or international environments is preferred
- Experience with Linux and SQL Server is preferred but not required
