Job Summary
The Network Systems Admin role involves supporting application teams with infrastructure tasks, including change and code deployments, incident resolution, and event monitoring. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or as a Systems Admin, proficiency in multiple disciplines such as networking, OS-Linux, Windows, security, and database background. Candidates should have 2-4 years of ITIL experience, 1-3 years of ServiceNow ticketing system experience, and basic systems administration/application administration skills. Strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in Network Operations Center/Systems Admin
- Experience in multiple disciplines (networking, OS-Linux, Windows, security, database background)
- ITIL (2-4 yrs)
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience (1-3 yrs)
- Basic systems admin/application admin skills (Performing restarts, creating accounts)
- Good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Database background (SQL, ORACLE)
- Capacity management experience (SolarWinds)
