Job Summary
As a Network System Engineer at Hitachi RAIL PT, you will ensure smooth operations of communication and supervision systems. Responsibilities include participating in engineering project phases, preparing and delivering client workshops, and collaborating to ensure high-quality deliverables. Essential skills include 2-3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, a relevant degree, expertise in IP/MPLS networking, and high competency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and willingness to travel is a must.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a Network Engineer
- Relevant degree such as Telecom Engineering or similar
- Experience in IP/MPLS Networking (fixed and wireless) design and configuration
- Practice on design and configuration of Switch/Routers from main Vendors of the Networking Market
- High competency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Available to travel when required
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak/read/write in French
- Design tools (AutoCAD and Visio)
